Citrus Chicken Caribbean


  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 t dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T vegetable oil or olive oil
  • ½ c orange juice
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ c lemon juice

Combine the lemon juice, orange juice, oil, garlic, ginger, tarragon, salt and pepper in a bowl Add the chicken, coating well. Martinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 hours or longer; drain. Grill, bake or broil the chicken until cooked through. Recipe reprinted with permission from the J...
