CORN MEAL PIE CRUST

Ingredients

  • 2 c. yellow corn meal
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • ½ c. chicken stock

Combine all ingredients. Adjust with chicken stock to make a stiff batter. Pat into a non-stick pie pan. Fill with stew or thick soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
