Cornish Hens Provençale

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups chopped leek
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
