Cranberry Chipotle Drumettes with Cilantro Crema

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken Drumettes (skin removed)
  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 T Honey or Agave Syrup
  • ½ t Sea Salt or to taste
  • 1 T toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 T low sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 T minced Ginger
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 T minced Garlic
    • 3 4 ounce Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
    • 1 8 ounce can jellied Cranberry Sauce
    • Cranberry Chipotle Sauce
    • 1 c chopped Cilantro (tough stems removed) 6 8 extra sprigs for garnish
    • ¼ t Sea Salt (fine grind)
    • Juice of 1 Lime plus 1 extra Lime sliced for garnish
    • 8 oz Low Fat Sour Cream (not non fat)
    • Cilantro Crema
