  • 5 -6 slices prosciutto (italian ham)
  • 5 -6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    • 2 roasted garlic cloves
