Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken legs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green bell peppers, diced
  • 8 ounces tomato paste
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1 tablespoon curry powder
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces and rub them with brown sugar.
