Crisp Curried Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
- ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
- ½ small shallot, minced
- 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs. honey

- 6 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- ¾ tsp. mild curry powder
