  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • ¼ to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb.), skinned

    • 3 cups cornflake cereal, crushed
