Crunchy Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients
- 6 thin slices cooked ham (about 3 oz.), divided
- 1/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- ½ cup grated Swiss cheese (about 2 oz.)
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr Pasta Sides™ - Alfredo
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
Preheat oven to 400° . Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
