Crunchy Walnutty Chicken Strips


  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon ground dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup California walnut halves, ground
  • 1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
