Easy Cornbread Dressing 2

Ingredients

• 1 egg, boiled and chopped
• Poultry Seasoning
• Pepper
• Salt
• 3 eggs, raw
• 2 cup(s) chicken stock or canned chicken broth
• 1 stick(s) butter

• • 4 stalk(s) celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (small)
  • 1 onion, diced (large)
  • 2 package(s) CornBread Mix (I like Morrisons Corn Kits)

Cook cornbread according to directions. Cool. Crumble into large mixing bowl. Melt butter in large skillet. Add vegetables and sauté until tender crisp.
