Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Ingredients

  • dried parsley, to taste
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs, with skin
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup butter
