Egg Dressing

Ingredients

  • 13 egg yolks
  • 3 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • onion, minced
  • ½ gallon(s) chicken broth

Mound up flour. Make a hole in center of flour. Place egg yolks in the hole. With hands, work egg yolks into the flour. Add salt and minced onion to the mixture.
