Enchilada Casserole 12

Ingredients

• 1 ½ pound(s) hamburger
• 1 onion, chopped (small)
• 1 can(s) enchilada sauce (I have used red & green; we like green best.) (10 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) peppers (small can)
• 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup(s) milk
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 package(s) tortillas (Either kind, I like flour.)
  • 1 can(s) sliced olives
  • 1 can(s) cheddar cheese soup

Brown meat & onion. Drain off grease. Add all ingredients except tortillas. Alternate layers of tortillas and meat mixture in 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. We like it either hot or cold.
