Ingredients

  • Oregano sprigs (optional)
  • Refried Beans
  • 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 1 ½ pounds ground raw turkey breast
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup low-salt chicken broth
    • Enchilada Sauce, divided

Heat chicken broth in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
