Favorite Alpine Chicken
- ½ cup(s) butter
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounce(s) swiss cheese
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- soup can of milk
- 1 package(s) herb stuffing mix (8 ounce pkg)
Put chicken in a 9x13 greased pan; place cheese slices over it. Mix soup with milk and pour over. Melt butter; add stuffing and toss well. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350, covered for 1 hr. and uncovered for 10 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
