Fig and Goat Cheesy Chicken Pizza Appetizer

Ingredients

  • ½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ c precooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½ c crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/3 c cream cheese (from 8 ounce container or package)
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 T chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 c thinly sliced Figs, stems trimmed
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ t pepper
    • ½ t salt
    • 1 T balsamic vinegar
    • 3 large onions (1 1/2 lbs.), thinly sliced
    • 1 T each butter and olive oil

Heat oven to 400. In large deep skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter in oil over medium heat.
