- 1 tablespoon(s) onion salt

- 2 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) salt

Mix seasoning until well blended. Store at room temperature in covered container. Press both sides of chicken or fish in bread crumbs. Sprinkle generous amounts of seasoning on top.
