  • 8 cups dehydrated masa flour (corn tortilla flour)

  • Chipotle Sauce
  • Sour cream
  • 5 pounds boned, skinned chicken thighs

    • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
    • 7 ½ cups fat-skimmed chicken broth
