  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • Fresh oregano sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
