Hamburger Rice Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pound(s) ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup(s) chopped celery
• 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
• 10 ¾ ounce(s) condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 tablespoon(s) molasses
• 3 cup(s) white rice
• + 2 more ingredients
• • Chow mein noodles for garnish
  • 10 ¾ ounce(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 2 quart casserole dish. Cook rice according to directions on package. In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef with onions and celery, and then in a prepared casserole dish, mix together cooked rice, browned ground beef mixture, canned soups, soy sauce and molasses....
