- 1 (2-pound) hanger steak
- 1 ½ cup(s) (9 ounces) bulgur, rinsed
- ¼ teaspoon(s) cinnamon

- 1 ½ tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup(s) flat-leaf parsley, chopped
