Healthy Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 10 ounce(s) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can(s) tomatoes with green chilies - (Rotel)
- 6 ounce(s) cooked chicken breasts halves - chopped or shredded
- ¼ cup(s) skim milk
- 4 cup(s) egg noodles - cooked and drained
- 2 can(s) condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup - Healthy Choice
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Place into a 9 x 12" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Hints: Instead of egg noodles, you can use the "No Yolks" noodles (lower in fat). Add pepper for taste. Sprinkle low fat shredded cheese on top, 5 minutes before taking ...
