Ingredients

  • 2.25 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1/2 cup)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 3 parsley sprigs
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 8 ounces skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • ½ cup (1/4-inch) diagonally cut carrot
    • 1 bay leaf
    • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
    • ¾ cup (1/4-inch) diagonally cut celery

1. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan; cook 4 minutes, browning on all sides. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm.
