Honey Curry Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon(s) curry powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- ¼ cup(s) Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup(s) honey
- 6 half breasts chicken, skinned
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breast halves in baking dish. In saucepan, combine butter and rest of ingredients. Heat until mixture is hot. Pour over chicken, turn chicken to coat both sides. Bake 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Chicken will have a golden glaze when done.
