Honey Dijon Chicken 3
Ingredients
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup(s) honey
- 1 ½ cup(s) pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- Hot cooked rice or noodles
- ½ cup(s) Dijon mustard
- ½ cup(s) water

Rub chicken with garlic and thyme. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook chicken in oil on both sides until no longer pink.
