ITALIAN BAKED BREADED CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (organic, if possible)
- 2-4 c. bread crumbs (I dry my own)
- ¼ c. butter or soy butter
- 2-3 eggs
- Parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan lightly with olive oil.Mix to taste: bread crumbs, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder.
