Italian Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon(s) Garlic salt
- 6 skinless bone-in chicken breasts (large)
- Salt & pepper
- ½ cup(s) olive oil
- 6 teaspoon(s) margarine
Combine crackers, cheese & garlic salt. Season chicken with salt & pepper; dip in olive oil & then in cracker mixture. Place meaty side up in shallow baking dish. Dot with margarine.
