Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- 1 package(s) Italian dressing mix
- 1 stick(s) butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup(s) lemon juice
- sliced potatoes
Mix together Italian dressing mix, melted margarine, and lemon juice. Set aside. Line bottom of casserole dish with sliced potatoes. Place chicken breasts on top of potatoes.
