ITALIAN CHICKEN, SAUSAGE & POTATO BAKE

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes, cut lengthwise into 6 pieces
  • 4 lg. onions, halved
  • 3 drumsticks chicken
  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 3 to 4 inch pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground garlic
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tbsp. crushed parsley
    • ¼ tsp. black pepper
    • 3 to 4 tbsp. olive oil

Combine olive, garlic, salt, crushed parsley. With a pastry brush coat potatoes, chicken and onions so vegetables and chicken are coated with oil and spices.Bake high heat, 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes, lower heat to 375°F for 45 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
