  • For the Pilaf:
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 ounces button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped onion

    • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill

    • 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed

    • 2 (17.25 ounce) packages frozen puff pastry, thawed

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 ½ tablespoons finely chopped onion
    • ½ cup uncooked long-grain white rice
    • 1 cup chicken broth
