  • 2 ½ pounds chicken wings, tips trimmed off
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup vodka

1. In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine vodka, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt. Add the chicken wings and mix to coat.
