Light Pork Tenderloins with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 1 ½ tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
  • 12 (2-inch) fresh thyme sprigs

    • 2 tablespoons brandy, divided
    • 2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted
