Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) Zesty Italian reduced Fat Dressing
• ½ cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup(s) water
• 1 package(s) stuffing mix for chicken (6 ounce)
• ¾ cup(s) ketchup, divided
• 2 pound(s) lean ground beef
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) finely chopped onions
  • 1 can(s) mushrooms (small can)

Cook onions & mushrooms in Italian dressing in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, cool.
