Ingredients

• 1 pound(s) Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
• 15 ounce(s) Can Ranch Style Beans
• 1 each(s) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
• ¾ package(s) Velveeta Cheese - sliced thin
• Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
• Pam Cooking Spray
• 16 ounce(s) Sour Cream prepared with 1 packet of dry Ranch Dip
• + 3 more ingredients
• • lettuce - chopped, hot sauce, black olives - sliced, tomatoes - diced
  • 8 each(s) to 12 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 each(s) Can Rotel - Original or Hot

Brown ground beef or turkey with spices. Drain grease. In 9 x 13 baking dish, spray bottom and sides with Pam. Cover bottom with half the tortillas. On top, layer - meat, beans, Velveeta.
