Mexican Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients

• 10 corn tortillas, cut into triangles
• 2 pound(s) ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup

  • 10 ounce(s) enchilada sauce
  • 5 ounce(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 can(s) green chilies, diced
  • 2 cup(s) monterey jack cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add seasonings, soups, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies. Bring to a boil.
