Mixed Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup(s) crumbled corn bread
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 can(s) condensed cream of chicken soup (10 ¾ oz. can)
  • ½ cup(s) chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
  • 2/3 cup(s) torn or chopped dry white bread

    • 4 cup(s) yellow squash slices
    • 1 cup(s) carrot slices

Heat oven to 350°. In medium saucepan, bring about 4 cups water to a boil. Add carrots. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 6 minutes. Add squash, zucchini and onion.
