MONTEREY CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) Tortilla Chips, coarsely crumbled
  • 2 cup(s) cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
  • 1 can(s) cream-style corn (15 ounce can)
  • ¾ cup(s) "Pace" Picante Sauce
  • ½ cup(s) black olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green or red pepper, chopped
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Tortilla Chips

Preheat the oven to 350°. Layer the crumbled tortilla chips, turkey or chicken, corn and picante sauce in 1-quart casserole. Top with the olives and cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until hot. Top with the chopped pepper. Serve with the tortilla chips.
