  • 1 cup regular oats
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • ¾ cup (3 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
