Oregano Lemon-Glazed Chicken Burritos with Greek Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 t finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 t minced garlic
- 06 t ground cayenne
- 4 T honey
- Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 t freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced

- 8 6 8 inch flour tortillas or herb flavor flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 ½ c finely diced English cucumber, drained well
- 2 T finely minced red onion
- ½ c feta cheese crumbles
- 2 T white balsamic vinegar
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t all purpose greek seasoning
- 3 c shredded iceberg lettuce
