Poppy Seed Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
- ¼ cup(s) margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 tube(s) Ritz crackers, crushed
- Topping
- ½ cup(s) water
- 1 teaspoon(s) dill weed
- + 5 more ingredients

- 1 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounce can)
- 4 cup(s) cooked, cubed chicken
- 2 cup(s) cooked rice
Mix topping and set aside. Spread rice in greased 9" x 13" pan. Mix rest of ingredients, except topping, and spread over rice. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
