Porcini Chicken with Wild Rice and Wheat Berries
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 14- to 16-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 electric coffee/spice grinder

- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- ½ cup dry white wine
Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan, then add rice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
