Sea Bass with Gingered Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sake
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 large carrots
  • 8 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 8 ounces 6-to 8-ounce sea bass fillets
    • 1 ¼ cups canned low-salt chicken broth
    • 6 green onions
    • 6 tablespoons fresh ginger
    • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 1 ½ tablespoons oriental sesame oil

Combine broth and cornstarch in small bowl and stir until cornstarch dissolves. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Place sea bass in large baking pan.
