Ingredients

  • 1 celery stalk, sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 14-ounce can whole potatoes (drained and cubed).
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups meat loaf mixture
