Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 3 cups all-purpose baking mix

    • 1 ½ pounds large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/3 cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked
    • 1 green onion, chopped
    • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
