Sloppy Tamale Pie

Ingredients

• 1 package (12 ounce) Don Joaquin Guacamole for garnish, or your favorite brand
• 1 package (8 ounce) medium cheddar cheese
• ¹/₃ c milk
• 1 egg
• 1 box (8.5 ounce) Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 box (9.5 ounce) Dona Maria ready to serve Mole, found in the Mexican food section
• 1 can (14 1/2 ounce whole kernel corn
• + 5 more ingredients
• • 1 can (16 ounce) Rosarita Zesty Salsa refried beans
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (7 ounce) La Victoria mild diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 package Lawrys Taco Seasoning
  • 1 whole cooked rotisserie chicken, remove bone, skin and shred

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Use a large pretty cooking pan, at least 12 inches in diameter by three inches high.
