Southern Chicken Artichoke Bake

Ingredients

• ½ cup sliced green onions
• 2 seeded and diced roma tomatoes
• 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• 3 cup crumbled corn tortilla chips
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 (15 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Rotisserie chicken, de boned and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • ½ cup diced white onions
