Southern Rice Pilaf Stuffing with Ham, Pecans and Greens
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh marjoram
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 ½ cups canned low-salt chicken broth
- 3 eggs
- 1 large bunch collard greens
- 1 ½ cups celery with leaves

- ¾ cup long-grain white rice
- ¾ cup wild rice
- 1 bay leaf
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 cups cubed bread stuffing
Bring 3 cups broth and bay leaf to boil in medium saucepan. Mix in wild rice; reduce heat to low, cover and cook 30 minutes. Mix in white rice.
