Southern Rice Pilaf Stuffing with Ham, Pecans and Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh marjoram
  • 2 cups chopped ham
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ½ cups canned low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 large bunch collard greens
  • ¾ cup long-grain white rice
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup wild rice
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 ½ cups celery with leaves
    • 1 ½ cups onions
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 3 cups cubed bread stuffing

Bring 3 cups broth and bay leaf to boil in medium saucepan. Mix in wild rice; reduce heat to low, cover and cook 30 minutes. Mix in white rice.
