Southwest Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) onion, diced
- 4 ounce(s) can diced green chilies (small can)
- 7 chicken breast, cooked, cooled and cut into 1" bite sized pieces
- 12 corn tortillas
- 8 ounce(s) Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounce(s) Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- diced green and yellow peppers

- shredded lettuce
- ¾ cup(s) salsa
- 10 ½ ounce(s) cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup(s) chicken broth
- 10 ½ ounce(s) cream of mushroom soup
- shredded cheese of your choice
- 15 ounce(s) can chili with no beans
