Southwest Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) onion, diced
  • 4 ounce(s) can diced green chilies (small can)
  • 7 chicken breast, cooked, cooled and cut into 1" bite sized pieces
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 8 ounce(s) Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounce(s) Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • diced green and yellow peppers
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • diced tomatoes
    • shredded lettuce
    • ¾ cup(s) salsa
    • 10 ½ ounce(s) cream of chicken soup
    • ¾ cup(s) chicken broth
    • 10 ½ ounce(s) cream of mushroom soup
    • shredded cheese of your choice
    • 15 ounce(s) can chili with no beans
