Southwest Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast - chopped into small pieces
• 3 tablespoon(s) lime juice
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

  • ¾ cup(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Tortilla chips
  • 2 cup(s) 3 pepper cheese, or jalapeño cheese

  • 4 teaspoon(s) pickled jalapeño, finely chopped
